★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentable la atención de esta "empresa". Tienen algunos productos muy buenos, pero desgraciadamente el servicio y la atención al cliente es deplorable. Jamás contestan lo que se solicita y parece que uno está limosneando que le atiendan. La resolución de los problemas es nula, se deslindan de que el pedido solicitado no llegue ni con la cantidad ni calidad requerida (a pesar de que se pagó por ello), ellos nunca son los culpables de nada y tachan al cliente de deshonesto cuando ellos son los responsables de que su producto no llegue como se solicitó. No tienen la capacidad ni el interés de resolver ningún problema derivado de su mal servicio. Una pena perder dinero y tiempo con ellos. NO RECOMIENDO ESTA EMPRESA EN LO ABSOLUTO.

Para cambiarlo hay que pagar de nuevo 2 transportes (para devolver y para volver a recibir) lo que sale mas caro que el producto. Evítate problemas...
Terrible service. They deliver DAMAGED product and then say that they delivered it in good condition.
