Todo lo demás muy bien instalaciones cómodas y limpias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar si está agradable sin embargo no cumplen con lo ofertado en su contrato lo cual es un dolor de cabeza muy molesto para el arrendatario.
No tiene refrigerador funcionando, no cuenta con gas ni cilindro de este, y la estufa que tiene es de muy mala calidad, además de lo poco que tiene esta en muy malas condiciones, el lugar es amplio y si es cómodo pero no contar con los servicios adecuados para desarrollar tu evento es frustrante, otra cuestión es que cuenta con poco estacionamiento y alrededor se llena si hay eventos en el parque contiguo.
No lo recomiendo a no ser que puedas solventar los problemas antes descritos por tu cuenta ya que no recibirás descuento alguno.
The place if it is pleasant however they do not comply with what is offered in their contract which is a very annoying headache for the tenant.
It does not have a working refrigerator, it does not have gas or a cylinder, and the stove it has is of very poor quality, in addition to the little it has, it is in very poor condition, the place is spacious and if it is comfortable but does not have the Adequate services to develop your event is frustrating, another issue is that it has little parking and it gets crowded if there are events in the adjacent park.
I do not recommend it unless you can solve the problems described above on your own as you will not receive any discount.
