★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo para nada este lugar primero dejan a pie de calle el producto. Después le encuentro un defecto y me dicen que me regresan 500 pesos en vez de cambiarlo o devolverme mi dinero.
Finalmente me devuelven el dinero y les pido me informen cuando pasarán por el espejo y me dicen que no hay necesidad de regresarlo que me lo quede
Dos días después me piden que les diga a que hora pueden pasar por el espejo!!!
De verdad que POCA SERIEDAD!!!
I do not recommend this place at all, first they leave the product at street level. Then I find a defect and they tell me that they will return 500 pesos instead of changing it or giving me my money back.
Finally they give me back the money and I ask them to inform me when they will go through the mirror and they tell me that there is no need to return it so I can keep it
Two days later they ask me to tell them what time they can go through the mirror !!!
Really, LITTLE SERIOUSLY !!!

Sin embargo, la paquetería tuvo problemas con un espejo que se rompió en el transporte. El equipo de Ziba me ayudó en todo momento hasta garantizar que el producto estaba en mi casa. Muy buena atención y muy buen servicio.
I highly recommend it. I did some shopping on the good end of two items. The articles are very good. However, the parcel had problems with a mirror that broke in transport. The Ziba team helped me at all times until I guaranteed that the product was in my house. Very good attention and very good service.
