Our reservation didn’t event take a phone call - it was less than a 5 minutes conversation over WhatsApp. After reserving my car prior to our vacation, Ramiro had everything set up perfectly…and with an upgrade no less!! The car was at the airport when we arrived and checkout was extremely fast. Returning the car was even easier. Zihua also provided much more competitive rates than the larger agencies. I highly recommend using Zihua Car Rental - it will be my go to for all of my future trips to ZIH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zihua car rental is a great option for rental cars. The staff is super friendly and honest and you always get the car that you book unlike some of the larger companies at the airport. They are located right next to the airport so pick up and drop off is super easy. Ramiro was great to work with and I’ll for sure be renting here again.

The car was brought to the hotel where the paperwork was completed with payment(no hidden charges, etc). After a thorough inspection for previous wear , we were on our way. If you want to support local this is the company to go with! After a day of touring, the car was picked up at the hotel. What more could you ask for!
