Al llegar me dieron otra habitación, nunca dieron la cara, me quedé sin agua y nadie para atenderte. Una muy mala experiencia. No dudo que otras personas hayan sido bien recibidas y atendidas con amabilidad, yo recibí una mala atención desde el inicio.
Personally I had a very bad experience in this place. Terrible service. I made my reservation through Booking and unlike other places they asked to pay in full. When they arrived they gave me another room, they never showed their faces, I ran out of water and nobody to assist you. A very bad experience. I do not doubt that other people have been well received and attended with kindness, I received bad attention from the beginning.

For the price it has it is perfect. Very clean, the beds are very comfortable. The attention is very good and the stay is incredible to spend a while without the heat from outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena ubicación, buen trato por parte del propietario, cerca de la playa, del área turística y del embarcadero, cerca del mercado de artesanías en la calle de 5 mayo, las fallas observadas se pueden resolver con facilidad como la limpieza en su ventilador tenía mucha pelusa, el sellado de la madera con el concreto el cual estaba muy dañado y dejaba pasar la luz al interior de la habitación.
Very good location, good treatment by the owner, near the beach, the tourist area and the pier, near the handicraft market on Calle de 5 Mayo, the faults observed can be easily resolved as cleaning your fan had a lot of lint, the sealing of the wood with the concrete which was very damaged and let light into the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es como tu casa en Zihua, súper tranquilo que es lo que se busca para descansar ? sin muy amables y el lugar es muy confortable, la ubicación es perfecta lejos del ruido del centro pero lo suficientemente cerca par sir a cebar, está solo a unas cuadras del puerto.
It is like your home in Zihua, super quiet which is what you are looking for to rest ? without being very friendly and the place is very comfortable, the location is perfect away from the noise of downtown but close enough to serve food, it is only a few blocks from the port.
