It has a lot to improve, just because they are the only transportation option to each destination otherwise I would not choose their service.

1.- los autobuses huelen a baño
2.- el camión se para en el camino apesar de ser el directo
3.- se sube gente a vender comida en el camino en plena pandemia
4.- imagenen el olor de baño + comida todo mezclado durante 6 horas
Horrible el servicio
You pay first class service and nothing to see:
1.- buses smell like a bathroom
2.- the truck stops on the road despite being the direct one
3.- people get on to sell food on the road in the middle of a pandemic
4.- image in the smell of bathroom + food all mixed for 6 hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio pésimo, uno marca a los números de contacto en Valle de Bravo para información y nunca contestan... no sé para que ponen números si no van a contestar.
Terrible service, one dials the contact numbers in Valle de Bravo for information and they never answer... I don't know why they put numbers if they are not going to answer.
