I would highly recommend this Zoetry hotel. My wife and I went here on our honeymoon last week! Here is a breakdown of our experience: The Ambiance - 5 out of 5: If you are looking for a smaller quant boutique feel, then this is a great option in the Cancun/Riveria Miya area. We probably only saw about 100+ people the whole time. We loved the cultural vibe of this hotel. There are beautiful Palm trees everywhere. If you love wildlife there are peacocks and iguanas roaming the property. The Room - 4 of out 5: We had a spacious ground floor room with a plunge pool and an outdoor shower. We loved that we could walk to the beach right from our room. All the rooms have an ocean view and we could walk very quickly. Also, the rooms are relatively close to the front desk, restaurants, and pool. Our room had a nice open living room with a TV, a desk area, a spacious bedroom with another TV, and a big bathroom with two sinks, a shower, a bath, and an outdoor shower. The bath although looks uncomfortable, was actually really nice. The reason for only 4 stars here is because of the updates this room could use. The blankets and couch pillows could all use an update without losing the feel of the room. With a few upgrades to the couch cushions and bed comforter/blankets, this room could be a 5-star room. The Food - 2.5 out of 5: Here is where the hotel is really lacking. I was excited to do an all-inclusive resort. I knew I wasn’t going to be getting 5-star food but I was very surprised by how bad some of the food was. Let’s say we ate 20 meals in a 6-night period, I would say 10 meals were good. Nothing was spectacular, 10 were solid, 10 were bad. It’s as if the chefs don’t season the food with anything. We’d order a nice steak, ask for medium-rare, and comes out well done, but the biggest issue is that they don’t season their meats. No salt, no pepper, nothing it seems. Many of the dishes look really good but then you wonder where all the flavor is. My recommendation would be to try one of everything or close to one of everything so that something hits and you find a good dish. Hedge your bets that way :) The Customer Service 5 out of 5: Everyone on staff is very kind and friendly. We had Adrian from the Concierge help us a lot with booking massages, snorkeling, taxis, and excursions and he was great to work with. Very friendly staff all around. They seemed to be slightly understaffed at the restaurants but they were always friendly. The Pool - 3 out of 5: The pool was nice, it has a few big shallow areas to sit in the water and 3 deeper areas. The biggest drawback is that there is no outdoor hot tub by the pool, only in the indoor spa. We really wanted to go in a hot tub at night but they don’t have one. They also don’t have enough seating around the pool to accommodate enough people. We sat by the beach every day anyway so that didn’t bother us a ton, but it is a factor. The Spa - 3 out of 5: Don’t get the massage. We did the couples massage. Mine was decent but not great. My wife didn’t like hers. Her masseuse used her elbow to press into her back/ribs. Very little massaging and kneading was done. The free Hydrotherapy which was nice had a 10-minute massage at the end and that was a better massage than the $400 massage that we paid for. There is a gym, which their website doesn’t show. It has enough stuff to get a decent workout in. The cold plunge pool and indoor hot tub are nice. It could use some updating, it feels older but it’s not a bad spa. The saltwater pool outside was nice. The Beach - 3 out of 5: This beach is great but there is a ton of seaweed in this part of Mexico. The hotel does a great job trying to clean it up daily with a tractor and crew but the water is more red than turquoise. If you are looking for crystal clear water I hear you have to go north of Cancun not south where this hotel is. Overall, we loved this hotel. It isn’t perfect, but it’s great for that boutique hotel relaxing vacation!

Stunning luxury hotel with amazing rooms and an abundance of wildlife. As well as the in-house peacocks and parrot there are pelicans, vultures, magnificent frigatebirds, ospreys, golden orioles, coatis and more around. Great pool area with a good atmosphere. The service was a little chaotic at times but nothing to worry about.

Amazing experience, food and service is hard to beat. Some disappointing aspects where the upgrade for the private dinning and couples massage were not like the pictures on the peer. However the massage and spa were great. Needs some superficial building attention. However would highly recommend. The trip add ons from Amstar are not worth it, shope around for better pricing. The sub contract it out and you're only paying for the booking. The staff will be there whenever needed, you don't need to wait.

Everything was going great; good food, spectacular room, good service until about halfway during our stay. We had $310 cash stolen from our room. This is very disappointing. Such a great hotel and location ruined. I worked hard to save up for years for my trip, and my entire vacation was ruined by this incident. For this reason I don't recommend this resort! I DO NOT feel safe staying here!

Visited 2/1/22 - 2/7/22 and this was honestly one of the best weeks there. We have literally visited 15 times. The food was fantastic. Many new menu items and special appetizers passed at the pool. Room service was exceptional and delivered very quickly. They had the best tacos de canasta one afternoon with homemade tortillas and assorted toppings and salsas. Truly the best tacos I have ever had. Sharon, the concierge, is a stellar human being and always goes above and beyond. Antonio, Alex, Manuel, Edgar, Eduardo and the entire staff are such genuinely caring people which make the service the absolute BEST at this resort. Thank you for another luxurious and rejuvenating vacation.

This is a lovely, relaxed place. The suites are huge and handsome in a Mexican way. The spa facilities are wonderful and available with a call. Some, like a seawater bath, are unique. The food is terrific. Portions are smaller than in U.S., but you can have as many helpings as you want. We loved the staff. They gathered at the exit of the restaurant to say goodbye on our last night. Not a loud, partying place during our 12 days there, although there was some free liquor. Saw only one child and one baby while there.

If we’re being honest, Anyone who gave this less than 4 stars is just a miserable person. The staff could not be more friendly. They cater to your every beck and call any chance they can. Golf cart rides to your room, always saying hello or goodnight. We had a gentleman today legitimately waiting on us in the pouring rain. The rooms are wonderful and cleaned several times throughout the day. The room service staff are polite and friendly and go above and beyond what you request of them. We had 1 wait time that was extraordinarily high, but folks guess what….YOU ARE ON VACATION. Chill out get a drink and enjoy the company of the people you are with. There aren’t enough adjectives to describe the absolute pinnacle of vacation this resort is. A special thank you to Enrique, Manuel, Eduardo, John, Antonio, and so so many others for making this such a great trip.
