★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son muy desorganizados , ya eh tenido la oportunidad de llevar dos equipos y es la misma escena , no le dan seguimiento y uno tiene que estar atrás de ellos recordando el último estatus de los equipos, no se diga de la cotización, si resolvieran ese problema cumplirían un servicio profesional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejé mi equipo y estuvo casi 2 meses sin que le hicieran nada.
Cuando marcaba para preguntar, me decían que "seguían revisándolo y que me marcarían 2 días después", obviamente no se comunicaban. Cuando llamaba no contestaban, mandaba whats y me contestaban tipo: "qué pasó?".
Mala atención al cliente, mal servicio y al final no funciona mi equipo, no me dijeron qué tiene mal, no los recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy mal para no decir pesimo, el servicio de atención al cliente, lleve mi equipo a garantía y solamente una ves me dieron información de tal equipo,que fue cuando le hicieron el diagnostico, despues de ahi nada de información, ni un estatus solamente, por mi cuenta fue que tuve que investigar la información de mi equipo, cosa que ellos me dijeron que estarían al tanto, les mando whats y ni contestan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anteriormente lleve mi laptop a un servicio de garantía y quedo bien.
Pero ahora que solicito una batería nueva (y me percate, que no le pusieron todos los tornillos en el interior de la laptop, al querer ver el modelo de la batería), al principio si contestaron, pero solo por WhatsApp, que cual era el tag, pero después muy mal, ni siquiera contestan el teléfono, ni los mensajes.
Llevo 3 días tratando de me den la cotización para realizar el pedido...pero no hay respuesta...
Les pido por favor atiendan...
