★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic ruins and archaeological park. Entry is 65 pesos for 1 person and you have to pay and extra 50 pesos for the entry to a hiking trail and the lookout tower over the lagoon. The trail takes yiu to the lagoon, where you can rent kayaks or go on a boat ride which is 1000 pesos per person and takes aroun 1.5-2hours. We didnt go on the boat ride, but everything was beautiful even in rain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful site with amazing nature around it. If you go in the morning you can have the place for yourself. For an additional 50 mxn you can take a walk to the lagoon and climb the watchtower, definetely worth doing! At the end there are some boats and you may do a boat tour through the reserve for arouns 1000 mxn per person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, went to see the ruins but didn't know there was a boat ride /lagoon also. We did the boat and the float down the river which was beautiful and peaceful. Would recommend a visit if you're in the area but bring lots of bug spray as a good chunk of it is in jungle rather than open areas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Muyil Ruins and the Sian-Ka'an reserve behind it were really incredible. It was very easy to find, easy parking, clean grounds and easy to navigate trails. We particularly enjoyed going down the path behind the main temple to walk down the board walk through the jungle. The lookout tower was very steep and kind of scary but worth it for the amazing view. We drove our rental car from Tulum and it took about 20 minutes to get there. It was 65 pesos to see the ruins and 50 pesos to walk the boardwalk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must see!!! One of the earliest and longest inhabited ancient Maya sites on the eastern coast of the Yucatan peninsula. It's an easy drive from Tulum. Around $3.50 to enter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place. Simple, silent, you feel the nature. When you go inside, you'll find a wooden door where you can go to a lagoon through forests and costs you extra 50 pesos. Definitely go there. It's an amazing adventure to walk there. You feel like in jungle ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So beautiful and you can walk about 10 min to the back of the site and continue to the biological sanctuary, which is then another 20 min walk to the beach.
There is a platform on the way that you can climb for about 5 stories and get a fantastic view!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed visiting here over Tulum as it was a lot quieter and shaded. It's much smaller but the towers are much taller and impressive. Beautiful architecture on the rest of the pyramid. It costs about 65 pesos and has a free toilet facility.
