★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hermosa zona arqueológica. Muy bien cuidada, buena infraestructura. Buenos letreros informativos, realmente te imaginas como era la vida ahí. Cuando fui en marzo-2017 el camino estaba en muy mal estado, iba en un carro chico y temí una ponchadura.
 Beautiful archaeological zone. Very well maintained, good infrastructure. Good informational signs, you really imagine what life was like there. When I went in March-2017 the road was in very bad condition, I was riding in a small car and I was afraid of a flat tire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una zona arqueológica pequeña en extensión, pero que se disfruta mucho al ser poco concurrida y estar rodeada de naturaleza. Solo hay un camino de acceso y está en muy malas condiciones, por lo que suele ser tardado el trayecto. En la entrada hay un pequeño "museo de sitio" con información muy interesante.
It is a small archaeological area in extension, but it is very popular because it is not very crowded and surrounded by nature. There is only one access road and it is in very bad condition, so the journey is usually taken. At the entrance there is a small "site museum" with very interesting information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay señal de celular y es enredado llegar. Los letreros para indicar la entrada al lugar son pequeños, así que ¡cuidado! Pero la gente que vive ahí es muy amable y nos ayudó mucho a llegar al lugar.
El lugar es precioso. Vale la pena ir.
Lleven repelente, agua y snacks, no hay tiendas ni cafetería ni nada.
La entrada fue gratis, había poca gente.
Lo único que no me gustó es que dejan a la gente subirse a las pirámides y fuman adentro ?
There is no cell phone signal and it is difficult to get there. The signs to indicate the entrance to the place are small, so be careful! But the people who live there are very friendly and helped us a lot to get to the place.
The place is beautiful. It is worth going.
Bring repellent, water and snacks, there are no shops or cafeteria or anything.
The entrance was free, there were few people.
The only thing I didn't like is that they let people climb the pyramids and smoke inside ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un área relativamente desconocida aún, es pequeña pero está increíble y las vistas alrededor son espectaculares con las montañas alrededor.
Ideal que te lleve un guia y te explique los detalles de la zona, aunque si vas por tu cuenta también hay letreros de algunas edificaciones y su significado.
Si te gustan las zonas arqueológicas vale la pena la visita.
A relatively unknown area yet, it is small but it is incredible and the views around it are spectacular with the mountains all around.
Ideally, a guide will take you and explain the details of the area, although if you go on your own there are also signs of some buildings and their meaning.
If you like archaeological zones it is worth the visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a 30 minute ride from Jalpan de Serra, you can find this magical place, built by ancient mexican cultures (huastecos). Located in the heart of la Sierra Gorda de Querétaro, it's worth making a stop to visit this important archaelogcical site of the state of Querétaro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is off the beaten path so take a vehicle that can handle dirt roads. Make sure to bring snacks or drinks because there is nothing to eat there. Restrooms are clean. The groundsmen keep the site impeccably clean as you walk around. Signs are a little battered but you can still read them. Once inside you can roam pretty much anywhere and climb to your heart's desire, not sure how much of a good thing this is, people will inevitably the damage site. Entry was free. Love this hidden gem, only one other group had visited that day and we were the last ones.
