A wonderful and historical place in Mexico / Michoacán. Part of the Purepecha history and for me one of the best views in Michoacán. Little problem with the Toilets :S are not Clean and most of the time without paper. Anyway the ruins are gorgeous !!!

A small archeological site close to the city of Uruapan. The pyramid is not very high, but likely, for that reason very old. Also, there are avocado trees on the site, with original avocados that you can eat with the skin. These avocados are about half the size of those you can buy in super markets and taste very nice, too.

The pyramids are on a very good condition. The place is located where two diferent weathers coexist. The whole place is surrounded by grass and avocado trees which make the place a beautiful place to visit.

Always nice to find a place with as much mystery as history. A very condensed archeological site makes it easy for people who might tire out quickly to discover the entire site in a short amount of time. Also not very busy when we visited on a Thursday. Watch out for gopher holes!
