★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio del mundo me cobraron carisimo por reparar un control y se trababa las pa lanzas los botones bien rayados y lo probe y ya no se sincronizo nunca más, pedí garantía y me dijeron que lo revisaran pero seguramente sería otra cosa y pues obvio me cobrarían más, en verdad tengan cuidado con este tipo de estafadores, yo umpondre sanciones a si local si procede así. Y siempre te echa la culpa a ti. Y antes de revisar si entra a garantía te pine pero pues eso ya no lo cubre la garantía, sin saber ni que es. Solo trata de ganar pero si en verdad pasa algo que no tiene contemplado te atiende feo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui con ellos por la publicidad que decía "reparamos cualquier falla de cualquier marca" y pues no pudieron, fue una laptop samsung, para mi fortuna encontré a alguien más cerca y que si pudo repararla.
Doy esa calificación porque fue mucho tiempo el que se quedaron revisándola, mucha falta de comunicación, solo los primeros días me dieron información ya después tenia que estar preguntando yo porque si no, no hubiera sabido que proseguía, otra cosa que no me gusto fue que la computadora me la regresaron sucia como de pegamento o grasa en la parte de afuera. Ah y como recomendación tienen algunos errores de redacción en sus ordenes de trabajo.
No dudo que quizá reparando otras cosas sean buenos, pero esta fue mi experiencia.

Oh and as a recommendation they have some writing errors in their work orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Si no les escribo no me dan estatus de lo que llevé a reparar. Según me dijeron que en 2 días quedaban y nada. Cuando fui a recogerlos estaba el "Ingeniero" (que ha de tener su carrera trunca) y ni siquiera dio la cara para darle mi queja. Se escudan de que tienen mucho trabajo pero ni dan seguimiento con sus clientes. Lástima que Google no permite que se quede sin estrellas.
Terrible attention. If I don't write to them, they won't give me a status of what I took to repair. They told me that in 2 days they were left and nothing. When I went to pick them up, the "Engineer" was there (who must have had his career cut short) and he didn't even show his face to complain to me.
