Resulta que en noviembre del año pasado contraté y pague con tarjeta porque tenían promoción con pago con tarjeta. No pretendo culpar a Zona fitness ya que fue mi error al no leer el contrato pero se los cuento para que no les pase lo mismo.
Resulta que me hicieron cobro con la tarjeta no por la promoción si no que querían tenerme cautivo ya que en el contrato te obliga a renovar 3 años seguidos y si pretendes cancelar antes el cobro recurrente te cobran 2000 pesos o si quieres cambiar la tarjeta tienes que pagar forzosamente la anualidad en la nueva tarjeta.
Eviten que les pase lo mismo que a mí. Paguen en efectivo.
Si quieren más información pueden buscar en Google, incluso en Facebook hay un grupo de todos los afectados que han puesto su denuncia ante la PROFECO.

Avoid the same thing happening to me. Pay in cash.

Obtienes por lo que pagas, es sumamente barato pero las instalaciones no son lo mejor, sin embargo puedes ir a levantar muy agusto pues tiene equipo completo.
Si leen el contrato y cancelan con antelación no tendrán ningún problema con la anualidad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima Experiencia, es recomendable que si hacen el pago de su anualidad o membresia pidan o más bien exijan un contrato que tenga validez, por que la cadena no se hace responsable en ningún aspecto por los incumplimientos de contrato de sus sucursales.
Pagamos anualidad en Zona Fitness Cosmopol y después de un par de meses cerraron el gimnasio sin avisarle absolutamente a nadie, sólo se dignaron a pegar una hoja con el número de la sucursal en Polanco por que ahí supuestamente iban a dar solución y seguimiento a la problemática pero no, sólo después de mucha espera vía WhatsApp dijeron que el reembolso se haría en 30 días y pasando ese tiempo pues tampoco nada. Vas a la sucursal y te dicen que definitivamente ellos no darán ninguna solución por que no fue su problema y además te tratan como si tú fueras la que les debieras o les hubieras robado algo, cuando ellos son los estafadores ya que a un día de cerrar abruptamente el gimnasio seguían vendiendo anualidades, a eso como se le llama?
Cadena con muy poca ética, valor civil y moral.

Muy Pequeño, las máquinas a 60 cm una de otra.
Habíamos exageradamente 12 personas y estaba atascado el GYM jajajaja y en sábado.
Entresemana debe ser frustrante asistir.
Los vestidores reducidos en un 80%
De 10 regaderas pasamos a 3.
Existe un 2° piso con empastado sintético y máquinas de cardio.
En fin, si entran más de 15 personas al día sería una catástrofe.
Se merece menos estrellas, pero agradezco el esfuerzo de la cadena, mísero pero algo...
La molestia es por el cierre del anterior que era enorme y este lo reemplazo en la zona.
Recomendación urgente: No paguen con tarjeta el contrato, todo con efectivo y amaran la cadena de GYM.
