★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fui por un café que antes me costaba $45 y cuando llegué según qué estaban actualizando el menú, al final me cobraron $60 y no siguieron las instrucciones de cómo pedí mi café. Pésima atención al cliente, mejor me voy Starbucks por el mismo precio. Deberían tener en cuenta que el cliente va primero y tener bien segmentado su nicho. No volvería.
Today I went for a coffee that used to cost me $45 and when I arrived according to what they were updating the menu, they ended up charging me $60 and they didn't follow the instructions on how I ordered my coffee. Terrible customer service, I better go to Starbucks for the same price. They should keep in mind that the customer comes first and have their niche well segmented. I would not go back.
