En primera nos citaron a una hora y llegaron hora y media después sin ni siquiera decir nada ni avisar, luego en el viaje las 2 coordinadoras fueron muy groseras, dejaron a 2 personas olvidadas en un tour por la ciudad, al llegar al hotel no tenían asignadas las habitaciones y tardamos como 2 horas en estar instalados más el hecho que en el contrato venían ciertos recorridos establecidos que la agencia pagaba y a la mera hora nos pidió volver a pagar
I do not recommend that you travel with this agency. I took a trip to Zacatecas with them. At first they summoned us at an hour and they arrived an hour and a half later without even saying anything or warning, then on the trip the 2 coordinators were very rude, they left 2 people forgotten on a tour of the city, when they arrived at the hotel they did not have The rooms were assigned and it took us about 2 hours to be installed plus the fact that the contract included certain established tours that the agency paid for and at the very hour it asked us to pay again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima experiencia ,es una agencia que no se preocupa por las personas que lleva , tienes 0 seguridad con ellos. Si les reclamas en el viaje solo se limitan a decir que te comuniques a las oficinas que ellos no pueden hacer nada. Si no quieres pasar un mal rato , no viajes con ellos.
Lo único bueno son los lugares que visitas.
Terrible experience, it is an agency that does not care about the people it takes, you have 0 security with them. If you claim them on the trip, they just limit themselves to saying that you contact the offices that they can't do anything. If you don't want to have a bad time, don't travel with them.
The only good thing is the places you visit.
