Sacamos cita con la Dra. Carolina y para nuestra sorpresa, nos recibió y atendió un joven que supongo también es veterinario, pero no es con quien queríamos la consulta. Y ya que estábamos ahí nos dijo que la Dra no iba a llegar y que el nos iba a atender. Por educación y porque viajamos 1 hora para llegar, aceptamos que él nos diera la consulta.
Nos costó mucho elegir y buscar para una segunda opinión, nos dejamos llevar por las buenas recomendaciones, pero para nosotros no fue como esperábamos.
I will leave my opinion from my experience.
We made an appointment with Dr. Carolina and to our surprise, we were received and attended by a young man who I suppose is also a veterinarian, but he is not the one with whom we wanted the consultation. And since we were there, he told us that the doctor was not going to arrive and that he was going to attend to us. Out of politeness and because we traveled 1 hour to get there, we accepted that he give us the consultation.
We had a hard time choosing and looking for a second opinion, we got carried away by the good recommendations, but for us it was not as we expected.

It was dirty, the communication was horrible as I had to message many times just to get an update, and they misdiagnosed my cat. She came home with sores she did not have before and when I asked them about this they dismissed it. Never again would I take my pets here.
