Después de casi 2 MESES de espera para la entrega de mi producto que alegaban estaba en aduana, decicí cancelar y a un mes de esto sigo sin recibir mi reembolso. No hay comunicación al cliente y cada que marco a su número me dicen que no hay quien atienda mi caso. No arriesgen su dinero como yo lo hice.
BAD shopping experience. After almost 2 MONTHS of waiting for the delivery of my product that they claimed was in customs, I decided to cancel and a month after this I still have not received my refund. There is no communication to the client and every time I dial their number they tell me that there is no one to attend to my case. They don't risk their money like I did.
