El dia de ayer lo fuiba visitar con mi familia. Desde el mostrador, las mesas estaba lleno de polvo. Al lugar le falto jabón para lavar las manos, el personal no contaba con cubrebocas y cofia. Les falta mucho por mejorar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola que tal hace como 1:30 marque a la pizzería para pasar a recoger una pizza, me dijeron que en 20 minutos, fui a recoger la pizza, llegué al establecimiento con mi familia la pedimos a nombre de mi mujer, para comer la ahí mismo, nadie me atendió como 5 o 6 personas dentro y el cajero, duramos como 10 minutos ahí sentados me pare a preguntar por la pizza, el cajero me dijo que en un momento, nos esperamos otros 10 minutos, decidimos irnos no nos atendieron.
40 minutos después me regresan la llama del establecimiento el cajero me comenta que si la pasaría por ella o la cancelaría, le comenté lo que pasó y quién era, a pues le dije que la cancelara al final de la llamada me dice " valla se a la vrg".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy pedí una pizza mediana que costaba 89 con dos ingredientes y me comentan que ya no la manejan que sería la macaco pero costó 164 pensé que era mas grande en realidad es el mismo tamaño solo mas cara, mas mala y ni siquiera agregaron salsas, la masa parecía vieja y seca, muy decepcionante, eran de mis favoritas pero no lo vuelvo a pedir, sin mencionar que vivo a 5 min de la sucursal y se tardaron mas de 1 hr en traela y fría

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está sucio, hay plagas (cucarachas) en la comida ? Y la encargada, lo sabe. Cuando le comentamos, lo tomo muy normal. Estuvimos reclamando y lo único que hizo fue regresarnos la mitad de nuestra compra.
Y claro que esa no es la solución. Espero que puedan tener limpio y sin plagas esa sucursal. La pizza la estábamos disfrutando mucho, hasta que nos percatamos de la cucaracha viva.
De momento, no vayan ahí, hasta que controlen las plagas. Eviten enfermarse del estómago.

Al confirmar mi dirección le he hecho incapié del fraccionamiento dónde vivo que no se vayan a confundir, me dicen que lo comentarán al repartidor y dos veces han entregado a un fraccionamiento incorrecto, lo cual hace más larga la espera ( más de una hora) y el producto llega frío. Cuando llame para hacerles saber de la situación me dijieron que no tenían la culpa por qué el repartidor era nuevo que para la próxima de más señales del lugar donde vivo. La última vez que pido pizza a este lugar.
The pizza is ok, but their service is lousy.
