★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre que llevaba a mi perro regresaba mal bañado, en una ocasión lo lastimaron con un alambre de las jaulas y lo anestesiaron para suturarlo SIN MI CONSENTIMIENTO, no lo recomiendo para nada
Whenever I took my dog, he returned badly bathed, on one occasion they hurt him with a wire from the cages and they anesthetized him to suture him WITHOUT MY CONSENT, I do not recommend it at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo tenían un trabajo, cortarle el pelo a mi perro de forma no horrible y no pudieron hacerlo, me lo entregaron mal cortado y lo peor de todo es que tenía lastimado un ojito. Pésimo servicio, o le dieron un golpe a mi mascota o algo le pasó ahí adentro y sea o no su culpa que poca atención tenía como para que no lo notaran o se hicieran tontos, una explicación me bastaba, se percataron hasta que yo llegué y yo les pregunté por el golpe. Escribo esto al 6 de junio de 2019 y sea quien sea que atendía la parte de estética, horrible trabajo.
They only had one job, to cut my dog's hair in a horrible way and they could not do it, they gave it to me badly cut and the worst of all is that it hurt an ojito. Bad service, or they gave my pet a hit or something happened to him in there and it was his fault or that he had little attention so that they would not notice or become stupid, an explanation was enough for me, they realized until I arrived and I asked them about the blow. I write this on June 6, 2019 and whoever was attending the aesthetic part, horrible work.
