★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus instalaciones son sucias (salsa Valentina y galletas junto con los medicamentos que se les van a inyectar a los pacientes hospitalizados) cuando debería estar limpio e higiénico todo por que atienden a pacientes con diferentes situaciones. Son déspotas, y cuando no se quieren hacer cargo de tu mascota deciden que puede irse a casa cuando el diagnostico medico dice lo contrario. QUE MALA EXPERIENCIA, QUE MAL TRATO DE PARTE. DE. TODOS LOS QUE ESTAN AHI

Pésimo lugar, cero profesionales, entre los médicos no están informados de los pacientes, no saben lo que se le hizo ni la situación aunque estén de guardia, dicen que llaman para dar informes y resultados pero jamás lo hacen, pero llaman al menos 3 veces en una hora para "platicar" del cobro.
Me dijeron que le habían hecho estudios a mi perro, estudios que jamás he visto, se negaron a darme y me envían en dos semana.
Doctora Areli, cero interés por la salud de los perros.
Doctora Astrid totalmente perdida en cuanto al funcionamiento del veterinario y el estado de los pacientes.
Pésimo pésimo! Sólo puedo decir eso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Triste que 2 personas desconocidas hablemos mal de este lugar, en especial una que se dice veterinaria, una señorita joven que nos atendió, ha de ser pasante pues se nota que no sabe nada de medicina, mal diagnóstico hasta que llegó el veterinario titular. También es increíble que casi se les pierde un perro, sólo porque yo estaba ahí y lo agarré. La verdad no tienen conocimiento de medicina y no cuidan a sus mascotas.
Sad that 2 unknown people speak ill of this place, especially one who calls himself a veterinarian, a young lady who attended us, must be an intern because it shows that she knows nothing about medicine, bad diagnosis until the regular veterinarian arrived. It's also amazing that they almost lost a dog, just because I was there and I grabbed it. The truth is that they have no knowledge of medicine and do not take care of their pets.

Mi gatita murió a causa de una sobredosis que le pusieron de dos medicamentos.
Una gatita completamente sana que la llevé por un piquete de abeja, le dosificaron el doble de dos medicamentos, a raíz de eso la llevé a otro hospital ya que muy tarde me di cuenta que no contaban con cédula profesional, a raíz de eso empezó a tener problemas neuronales, estuvo internada y una semana después falleció.
Esta gente no tiene escrúpulos y es la misma doctora joven de la que todo el mundo habla que ha venido matando a las mascotas de todos!
