Llevo casi 4 años comprando ahí y es la primera vez que me tratan así , tambien me tocó ver cómo le gritaban a una señora porque tenía errores en su ticket y en vez de explicarle le gritaron que solo le entregarían lo de su ticket. Cabe señalar que muchas veces en caja se equivocan cuando tú pides cierta cantidad de productos te ponen otra y pues uno ya va con la idea de lo que pidió. De verdad si no quieren estar ahí que se busquen otra chamba. El trato de los empleados es pésima, solo te dan 3 precios por vez y no te dejan sacar fotos aunque los letreros no se alcancen a ver. Los precios de la tienda no son tan baratos en realidad, sale más barato en tiendas 3B Unfortunately slow and poor care. Al llamar via telefónica la persona que respondió me dijo que les llamara después y me colgó. Cual vuelvo a llamar me dice que su jefe dice que les llame al radio y sin darme el numero me vuelve a colgar. En la tercera llamada me atiende el disque jefe, un tal Efrain y me dice que al final ellos son solo tienda y no saben mas. Me proporciona un numero del corporativo donde durante mas de 10 minutos no responde nadie. Al visitar en tienda te reciben con malas caras y odian responder preguntas, hacen como que no te escuchan y te contestan con lo primero que se les ocurre sin hacer el mas minimo esfuerzo!!! todo esto en sucursal Roldán. Pésimo es poco!!!!! Terrible service. They look for any excuse not to give you the service. When I called by phone, the person who answered told me to call them later and hung up on me. Al decirle te dicen que si está bien pesado cuando aún así les dice lo que están viendo en la báscula... Cobran demás. Terrible...
