★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cajera no sabía cobrar con tarjeta de crédito por lo que me la rechazó 2 veces sin poder cobrar, una tienda de este tamaño ya debería eliminar la comisión por el pago con tarjeta. Muy buena atención de algunos empleados pero de otros no, falta mejor capacitación.
The cashier did not know how to charge with a credit card so she rejected it 2 times without being able to charge, a store of this size should already eliminate the commission for paying by card. Very good service from some employees but not from others, better training is lacking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención del personal y excelentes medidas de prevención, todo muy limpio y acomodado, no entendí por completo la parte de la fichita que te dan al entrar pero el servicio es excelente, creo que el único tema a mejorar es la parte donde te lavas las manos creo que podrían poner algo más eficiente ya que pierdes bastante tiempo ahí.
Very good attention from the staff and excellent prevention measures, everything very clean and accommodated, I did not fully understand the part of the card that they give you when you enter but the service is excellent, I think the only issue to improve is the part where you wash I think the hands could put something more efficient since you waste a lot of time there.

Aunque es una tienda pequeña a comparación de otras sucursales.
Todo acomodado, todo en su lugar, precios señalizados y actualizados., el personal muy amable y te ayuda a resolver dudas o buscar algún producto.
Lo único que agregaría serían más cajas abiertas ya que al no haber empacadores la fila se torna muy larga.
Pero en general excelente tienda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar cuenta con una buena ubicación y acceso, sigue bien los protocolos en plena pandemia, sin embargo el personal que atiende tiene una mala disposición para atenderte y te deja en espera mucho tiempo. Los precios siempre son buenos y ofrecen cremería de calidad (precio-calidad) garantizado. Los de los taxis son un problema ya que no dejan ingresar al estacionamiento a los coches blancos o de Uber y Didi.
The place has a good location and access, it follows the protocols well in the middle of the pandemic, however the staff that attends has a poor disposition to assist you and leaves you waiting for a long time. The prices are always good and they offer quality (price-quality) cream guaranteed. Taxis are a problem as they do not allow white cars or Uber and Didi cars to enter the parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuentan con una buena variedad de productos; pero la mayoría están a un precio mayor, MUCHO mayor que en otras tiendas. Solo que compres de mayoreo llegan a estar los precios al mismo costo que en otros lados, incluso algunos hasta mas económicos.
Lo que si conviene son los productos de salchochoneria, quesos, cremas, etc., aquí sí encontrarás precios mas bajos que en otros lados de la zona.
Lo malo, es que los empleados son NEFASTOS. A mi casi me sacan por tomar fotografías. Según Ramiro Hernández (Gerente responsable de la sucursal), por políticas de la empresa esta prohibido tomar fotografías. Tengo que solicitar permiso para tomar fotografías para que ellos tomen un criterio y ya me digan sí puedo tomar fotografías o no; "porque llegan a ir muchos tenderos de otros lados a tomar fotografías y eso no esta permitido porque es incómodo" palabras de Ramiro. Si tienes número de cliente mayorista, eres tomado en cuenta, sí no, haga el favor de retirarse.
Me sentí en los años 80's en donde la retrógrada mercadotecnia en México seguía con la idea de que los precios y los productos son secreto de Estado.
Están como el meme de la señora vendiendo sus quesadillas.

El caso es que no me quedaron ganas de regresar; ni los precios, ni la atención merecen que vaya dejarles mi dinero. Que vaya quien de verdad tenga mucha necesidad de comprar algo en está tienda.
They have a good variety of products; but most are at a higher price, MUCH higher than in other stores. Only that you buy in bulk, the prices are at the same cost as in other places, even some even cheaper.
What is convenient are the sausage products, cheeses, creams, etc. Here you will find lower prices than in other parts of the area.
The downside is that the employees are AWFUL. I almost got kicked out for taking pictures. According to Ramiro Hernández (Manager responsible for the branch), by company policy it is forbidden to take photographs. I have to request permission to take photographs so that they can make a criterion and tell me if I can take photographs or not; "Because many shopkeepers from other places come to take pictures and that is not allowed because it is uncomfortable" Ramiro's words. If you have a wholesale customer number, you are taken into account, if not, please withdraw.
I felt in the 80's where the retrograde marketing in Mexico continued with the idea that prices and products are state secrets.
They are like the meme of the lady selling her quesadillas.

The fact is that I had no desire to return; Neither the prices nor the attention deserve that I leave them my money. Whoever really has a great need to buy something in this store.
