Pongo 4 estrellas ya que les falta en el área de cremería vender los productos de Cataluña, son de excelente calidad. Y vender el queso a granel. Yo fui por unos chocolates (q lamentablemente solo se encontraban en esa tienda), más no fui por 10 cajas o más, y para mi fue discriminación porque todo el tiempo me estuvo persiguiendo la de seguridad, llegué a la caja y al pagar quería que abriera mi bolsa! Me trataron como si fuera una ratera! Que incómodo, ni si quiera vi los demás pasillos porque me incomodé demasiado. Jamás vuelvo a comprar ahí, no merecía ese trato, y la verdad no sé si así sea la actitud en todas las sucursales. Pero de verdad qué maneras, cuando de verdad roban ni si quiera están al pendiente.!!! Big disappointment by the staff, the very cute cashier, but the horrible old security! Muy mal la gerencia que no checa sus departamentos que estén trabajando de manera rápida y eficiente. No había nadie que atendiera en productos a granel y a los que les pedía atención eran unos groseros. La cajera Cecilia con una actitud nefasta, me avento la mercancía, muy mala actitud, deberian de capacitar a su personal para atención a clientes. Muy mala experiencia en esa tienda. Aparte de que los cajeros son lentos y hacen recorte de caja mientras tiene una fila larga. Dan más prioridad al estacionamiento a tal grado que debes ver bien aun asi estes entrando al Zorro. Respecto a los productos no está tan surtido. En otras sucursales encontrarás la cajeta o más variedad de alimentos para perro. Hay pago con tarjeta de despensa, con tarjeta de crédito o débito se cobra un porcentaje de más, así es que lleven suficiente efectivo. Al llegar a caja es molesto que te pidan la famosa tira de descuentos que en mi caso no tiene descuentos que me interesen, pero bueno te piden imprimirla.
