★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a realizar mis compras pero el guardia de la entrada dijo que ya no permite la entrada al 10 para las 8 pm, le comenté que solo compraría un costal de croquetas en la caja y ni aún así lo permitió, recomiendo que entonces pongan otro horario en su página web ya que está hasta las 8 pm.
 I went to do my shopping but the guard at the entrance said that he no longer allows entry at 10 to 8 pm, I told him that I would only buy a sack of croquettes in the box and he did not even allow it, I recommend that then they put another schedule on their website as it is until 8pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden bien aunque las cajeras pocas veces de mala gana, está bien surtido, pero dice que cierran a las 8 y no es verdad, cierran antes, cuando uno va ya no te dejan pasar porque ya van a cerrar. Se supone que es un supermercado más y deben de cumplir un horario y no lo están respetando.
They serve well although the cashiers are rarely reluctant, it is well stocked, but it says that they close at 8 and it is not true, they close before, when you go they no longer let you pass because they are about to close. It is supposed to be just another supermarket and they must comply with a schedule and they are not respecting it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio a decaído demasiado!! Hoy llegué a las 7:46 pm y ya no me permitieron el acceso! Si el horario al público del cierre es a las 8, no entiendo porque desde antes ya cerraron, ya ni los bancos cierran con tanta anticipación. Aunado a ello antes manejaban el servicio de Preticket, pero ya tiene un mes que sin previo aviso lo quitaron y ya no tuvieron la gentileza de contestarme el WhatsApp. Pésimo servicio! Ya mejor realizaré mis compras en la Central de abastos

Tambien deberían de ampliar el horario de atención como todos los zorros por que llegas a las 10 para las 8 y te dicen ya esta cerrado lo cual aun tienes 10 minutos para poder entrar ha qué su horario dice hasta las 8 pero eso si para abrir a veces son las 8 y aun no abren
The truth is very bad service, nothing more than their friends they attend to them as it should be and to the others not even a greeting... They should also extend the opening hours like all the foxes because you arrive at 10 to 8 and They say it's already closed, which means you still have 10 minutes to get in, so their schedule says until 8, but that is, to open sometimes it's 8 and they still don't open.

Me entregaron un producto en mal estado y al reclamar se negaban a cambiarlo, finalmente lo hicieron pero ahora cada que realizó mis compras (todos los días asisto) me tienen esperando demasiado tiempo para entrega. No existe un buen servicio al cliente. No les recomiendo asistan al lugar. Busquen otras opciones como FRUBANA (entregan en sitio y en buenas condiciones con un excelente servicio al cliente) Si descargan la aplicación se ponen en contacto con Ustedes. Muy cordiales en el trato el personal de FRUBANA
Terrible service from delivery staff. They gave me a product in poor condition and when I complained they refused to change it, they finally did it but now every time I make my purchases (every day I attend) they have me waiting too long for delivery. There is no good customer service. I do not recommend you attend the place. Look for other options like FRUBANA (delivery on site and in good condition with excellent customer service) If they download the application they contact you. Very cordial in the treatment of FRUBANA staff
