★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo ocho meses que compré el equipo ZTE Blade V10 Vita, prácticamente ni un año y desde que lo compre la pila se descarga muy rápido se calienta el celular y tarda mucho en cargar, no puedo entender por qué se descarga tan rápido si lo uso de forma moderada. Fffff ??
 I have bought the ZTE Blade V10 Vita for eight months, practically not a year and since I bought it the battery discharges very quickly the cell phone heats up and it takes a long time to charge, I cannot understand why it discharges so quickly if I use it moderate form. Fffff ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pues compre un zte blade a7s y no puedo estar a gusto pues xq se sale de las apps y no mas cuando lo mando a atención a clientes de Irapuato Guanajuato nada mas lo resetean y sigue el problema y nada mas hacen eso y pues no se vale...
alguien que me otorgue información sobre el problema....... :)

ya paso una semana que lo mandaron a zte y regreso igual no entiendo pesimo servicio la verdad no entiendo que ganan con no dar la atencion que es a si ya se que se ganan malas reseñas como esta................
Well, I bought a zte blade a7s and I can't be at ease because it leaves the apps and no more when I send it to Irapuato Guanajuato customer service, they just reset it and the problem continues and nothing else does that and it is not worth it ...
someone to give me information about the problem ....... :)

It's been a week since they sent it to zte and I return anyway, I do not understand terrible service, the truth is, I do not understand that they win by not paying attention that it is to if they already earn bad reviews like this .......... ......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tiene la atención de proporcionar alguna información sobre los equipos que ellos venden y sus refacciones ya que tengo un modelo reciente y se me rompió el porta SIM y no me pueden decir en donde lo puedo comprar , solam te me mandaron el precio del porta SIM pero no me dicen en donde lo puedo adquirir
They do not have the attention to provide any information about the equipment they sell and their spare parts since I have a recent model and the SIM holder broke and they cannot tell me where I can buy it, they only sent me the price of the SIM holder but they don't tell me where I can get it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Would not advise anyone to buy ZTE fone.My boyfriend bought me a ZTE fone at metro PCS In 5 months it went bad.I sent it back to be repaired it take like forever. One of the agents was very rude when I questioned him about the fone. Finally I was sent another bad fone, one they had repaired. I sent it back and the last one that was sent to me which by the way was also a repaired fone has gone bad again just five months later. That is a rip off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Device completely stopped working after a month and a half. sent the device to be repaired over a month ago and have still not received it back! every time i call they are still waiting for a "new shipment". Not impressed will definitely not buy another one of their products because of the quality of not only their device but their customer service!
