El servicio es muy lento. Llevé mi auto para afinación, y se supone que el paquete incluye lavado de motor, y sólo medio lo limpiaron, muchas partes quedaron sucias. En otros lugares hasta te lo lavan de afuera aquí lo dejaron más sucio de cómo lo entregue. El estribo y tapete del conductor lo dejaron con marcas de pisadas y polvo. Son muy descuidados y sucios para trabajar. El mecanico no te dice si le vio algún detalle adicional o te da alguna recomendación de acuerdo al servicio que te están ofreciendo. Lo lleve porque leí buenos cometarios pero la verdad fue una decepción. No lo recomiendo. Además sus costos de servicio deberían incluir el IVA, ya que si quieres facturarlo te lo cobran aparte. Que dirá el SAT de eso?
First and last time I take my vehicle.
The service is very slow. I took my car in for a tune up, and the package is supposed to include an engine wash, and they only cleaned it halfway, a lot of the parts were dirty. In other places they even wash it for you from outside, here they leave it dirtier than how it was delivered. The driver's footboard and mat were left with footprints and dust marks. They are too sloppy and dirty to work. The mechanic does not tell you if he saw any additional details or gives you any recommendations according to the service they are offering you. I took it because I read good comments but the truth was a disappointment. I do not recommend it. In addition, their service costs should include VAT, since if you want to bill it, they charge it separately. What will the SAT say about that?
