★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta es una empresa terrible con todo lo que puedas imaginar. Y tienen nuevos proyectos en muchas áreas de México. Estaba interesado en comprar un departamento construido por ellos ubicado en Río Balsas o Río Poo en Colonia Cuautehmoc. Sus ventas me dijeron que la precio final hace 2 semanas. Acepté verbalmente y les pedí que me enviaran el contrato lo antes posible. Básicamente los perseguí durante una semana y todavía no me enviaron nada. Finalmente me respondieron: El precio se incrementó un 3% el fin de semana pasado. No podemos ofrecer el precio original. Vine a conocer a su director. Y el director mencionó que no sabe por qué el precio que me ofrecieron fue tan bajo. El nuevo precio real es un 10% más de lo que me dijeron. Es una empresa llena de mentirosos y engañaron a su cliente. Por favor, nunca les compre una propiedad.
This is a terrible company with everything you can imagine. And they have new projects in many areas of Mexico. I was interested in buying an apartment built by them located in Río Balsas or Río Poo in Colonia Cuautehmoc. Your sales told me the final price 2 weeks ago. I verbally agreed and asked them to send me the contract as soon as possible. I basically chased them for a week and they still haven't sent me anything. Finally they answered me: The price increased by 3% last weekend. We cannot offer the original price. I came to meet your director. And the manager mentioned that he doesn't know why the price they offered me was so low. The new real price is 10% more than what I was told. It is a company full of liars and they cheated their client. Please, never buy a property from them.
