★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos meses le pedí un pastel de chocolate para seis personas. No solo el precio fue accesible (a comparación de pastelerías de competencia), el diseño del mismo fue de altísimo nivel. El pastel tenía un buen nivel de dulzor, abarcándome la boca de chocolate con cada mordida pero sin llegar a ser empalagoso, y estaba esponjoso. La Chef realmente se lució para hacer el pastel y, ténganlo presente, para mi siguiente cumpleaños, ya saben de donde lo voy a ordenar.
A few months ago I asked him for a chocolate cake for six people. Not only was the price accessible (compared to competing bakeries), its design was of the highest level. The cake had a good level of sweetness, filling my mouth with chocolate with every bite but not being cloying, and it was fluffy. The Chef really excelled at making the cake and, keep it in mind, for my next birthday, you know where I'm going to order it from.
