S	Stéphanie Baron, ABD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is nothing "Tulum" about it. Food was uninteresting, drinks watered down. Seating is awkward, noise level made it difficult to hear ourselves, music was obnoxious. The 2 stars are for the staff who is quite sweet.

I sent it back and they corrected the error but it took an hour to get dinner... Also the Fettuccine was tasteless and no seasoning. Some improvements need to be made but the menu is good and there are the bones of success if the kitchen can get control of their quality.

The service on the other hand, was not attentive at all. They dropped the drinks off and never checked to see if we wanted another later on. The food was delivered in good time but again, nobody checked to see if everything was ok or if we wanted anything else. I had to flag a gal down for another round of drinks and made it very clear that we wanted daqueries, not margaritas...but we got margaritas anyway and that took 3 people and 20 minutes to sort out. Same with a to go box for my leftover meal. The staff has quite a way to go to be adequate. Overall, we will eat there again because the food is worth it.

And the time between the first person getting food and the last was about 30 minutes. Some were getting their leftovers boxed before the last person got their food. The fish tacos were good as was the pasta. The shrimp dishes that came last were lukewarm and mediocre. Staff was friendly and apologetic but it was not a great dining experience
J	J V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food has a good taste, I went and selected a Crispy Fish, but they said they don't have, the selected Fettuccine Alfredo and after 10 min, they told me the dont have, after that I end up eating something else, not what I had in mind but at least it was no bad.
