G	German Perez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mucho CUIDADO!!! tiene mas de un mes que alguien asegurado con zurich choco mi auto... el ajustador me dio el pase de admision para valoracion de daños.. se llevo mi auto por la grua que ellos llamaron.. y es la fecha que no me dan respuesta, ni me dicen que daños tiene mi vehiculo, ni me dejan llevar a un mecanico para valorar, ni me dejan sacar el vehiculo, me dicen que es perdida total, pero no me indican cuanto me darian y lo ultimo que me dijeron es que ellos no pueden pagar la totalidad de los daños por lo que debo llamar a mi seguro y que ellos llegan a un acuerdo.. y por mas de que les digo que mi auto no tiene seguro .. de esa no salen .. y ya tiene una semana que ni me contesta el ajustador y que el ya no tiene nada que hacer .. que me comunique a un correo de unidad especializada que por mas que escribo ni contestan.. pensaria 1000 veces antes de contratar un seguro de esta empresa.. voy al taller y me dicen que no puedo retirar mi vehiculo si no es con una orden del juridico de zurich.. como si yo les debiera dinero haganme el favor... lo peor de lo peor great care!!! it has been more than a month that someone insured with zurich crashed my car ... the adjuster gave me the admission pass for valuation of damages .. my car was taken by the crane that they called .. and it is the date they do not give me answer, they do not tell me what damages my vehicle has, they do not let me take a mechanic to assess, nor do they let me take out the vehicle, they tell me that it is total loss, but they do not tell me how much they would give me and the last thing they told me is that they cannot pay all the damages for what I have to call my insurance and that they reach an agreement ... and for more than I tell them that my car has no insurance ... they do not leave that one ... and it already has a week that the adjuster does not answer me and that he has nothing to do anymore ... that he communicates to a specialized unit mail that no matter how much I write or answer .. No se hacen responsables de los siniestros que te sucedan, de nada sirve pagar cobertura amplia, porque no te dan ni el acompañamiento ni la solución a tu situación. Para iniciar, tuvimos un siniestro dónde el automóvil en cuestión huyó. El ajustador que nos enviaron, la persona menos profesional posible, incluso nos sugirió que debimos seguir a la persona que nos chocó cuándo eso es lo que menos se recomienda. Nos enviaron a la fiscalía a interponer nuestra demanda y nos prometieron acompañamiento y asignar a alguien al caso para que este se moviera más rápido. Les proporcionamos la dirección y número de placas de la persona que nos impactó el vehículo y no han resuelto nada, es más, realmente nunca estuvieron pendientes, nosotros teníamos que llamarles para que se dignaran a contestar. Decepción de servicio en Zurich, y pensar que por varios años los recomendamos, no los recomiendo y este año no renovaremos con ustedes.
