Es una empresa de seguros que SEGURO te da largas para recuperar lo asegurado, con una gran falta de profesionalidad, y mentiras para darte largas y largas. No te asegures con esta empresa, seguro sales perdiendo. Como a mime paso. No solo pierdes tu tiempo, en estar alegando sino además tu dinero.

Llevo 7 meses batallando con ellos para cobro de seguro por fallecimiento. Ya les envié todo, sólo falta que les mande las cenizas de mi padre y no me han respondido en al menos 2 meses. Son unos ladrones y unos ineptos, se echan la culpa entre todos.

Pésimo servicio, mentiras y más mentiras , estamos en octubre y desde marzo estoy reclamando mi seguro de desempleo, el cual está ligado a mi hipoteca, y pues ya llevo casi todo el año , pero , pagando la prima, eso si no me lo quita nadie y ni así. Por favor NO CONTRATEN este seguro

Pésima atención, cambian sus horarios de atención constantemente y prácticamente tienes que estar adivinando a qué hora y qué día poder comunicarte para poder cancelar un seguro que te cargaron solo porqué les dió la gana

Horrible servicio, si piensas en aceptar el de blindaje a la cuenta bancaria no sirve de nada, es una estafa total, yo pague por años este seguro y cuando lo quise aplicar por un robo a mi cuenta no me me lo quisieron hacer valido, en sucursal se deslindan de que no es su área, 3 meses me tuvieron entregando información, yendo de un lugar a otro, la verdad son meses de tormento, que no se lo recomiendo a nadie, que hasta la actualidad me siguen generando frustración y rabia, por la impotencia que te da, no entiendo el porque tienen el mensaje de que si no reconoces una operación, llames al numero que se proporciona, cuando te van a terminar de dictaminar que no te pueden hacer valido el seguro y que si no estas conforme pidas una aclaratoria, termine cancelándolo por que la verdad estar con esa agonía es nefasto. Busquen aseguradoras de verdad.

Pésimo servicio voy sucursal con mi abuelita de 86 años no puede caminar a cancelar un seguro y me dicen q tiene q ser por teléfono hablamos y la sra no escucha y aparte de que tardan horas para contestar dicen q la titular es la que debe dirigirse. Señores eso es sentido común, una señora de 86 años la a penas si escucha la gente mayor si tiene una tarjeta no es que sea su elección sino porque por las pensiones se ocupa y ustedes abusivos que a fuerzas les cargan un seguro . Sean conscientes y menos rateros

Q mala experiencia con zurichs Santander seguros son abusivos y rateros tuve un accidente leve me lo dieron x perdida total al final no me pagaron y siguieron cobrando el seguro durante 8 meses cuándo Santander seguros sabía de la perdida total y para más descaro todavía renuevan automáticamente una póliza de un auto q no existe bola de ineptos y sinvergüenzas
