★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, en verdad no compren este seguro, desgraciadamente me chocaron hace una semana y aún no llevan mi carro a la agencia, porque Zurich no les ha pagado, les llamo y no contestan del número de extensión que es y para el colmo en otras Extensiónes no pueden ayudarme, le marco a las personas encargadas y me dan la misma respuesta, cuando investigue en las grúas si era el motivo por el cual mi carro no estaba en la agencia y me confirmaron que es porque Zurich no se ha movilizado. Es frustrante, mi trabajo es muy demandante y tengo que estar llamando, YO para que me den alguna respuesta o solución y no la tienen. Jamás compren este seguro, porque no soluciona nada, al contrario te hace perder tiempo y dinero.
Terrible service, don't really buy this insurance, unfortunately they hit me a week ago and they still haven't taken my car to the agency, because Zurich hasn't paid them, I call them and they don't answer the extension number that is and to make matters worse in others Extensions cannot help me, I mark the people in charge and they give me the same answer, when I investigated the tow trucks if it was the reason why my car was not at the agency and they confirmed that it is because Zurich has not moved. It is frustrating, my work is very demanding and I have to be calling ME for an answer or solution and they don't have it. Never buy this insurance, because it does not solve anything, on the contrary it makes you lose time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO. Renunció la encargada de darnos los pases a especialista y nadie nos ha dado el seguimiento en 5 SEMANAS!! Nadie nos ha informado nada en los 5 CORREOS electronicos que hemos mandado. Es imposible que contesten el telefono. Mi madre lesionada no puede atenderse apropiadamente de un siniestro de perdida TOTAL! Es un incumplimiento de la aseguranza. No lo recomiendo en lo mas minimo. Evítense problemas con zurich! PESIMO SERVICIO
TERRIBLE SERVICE. The person in charge of giving us the passes to a specialist resigned and nobody has given us the follow-up in 5 WEEKS !! Nobody has informed us anything in the 5 emails we have sent. It is impossible to answer the phone. My injured mother cannot properly deal with a loss loss TOTAL! It is a breach of insurance.
