We had the beautiful experience of a balloon trip over Teotihuacán, the price, the coordination, the tour and all the details were great! Our very friendly and professional guide, as well as everyone we had contact with in the company. I would not hesitate to hire any of your tours or packages. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente la empresa no dió lo que ofreció, contraté un recorrido para ver luciérnagas pero nos llevaron a un lugar que ni ellos conocían, tuvimos que convencer a los lugareños de aceptarnos ya que no te aceptan si no llevas reservación. También nos ofrecieron una cena con un amplio menú Mexicano y no nos dieron nada, si no fuera por el campamento de luciérnagas al que llegamos no hubiéramos cenado nada. Otro tema fue que en su publicidad ofrecían las entradas con lo que se les había pagado, pero al momento de ingresar nos dijeron que teníamos que pagarlo nosotros. Al final accedieron a pagarlas, pero si no les muestro que ellos ofrecían otra cosa, hubiera corrido por nuestra cuenta. Para terminar, nos ofrecieron un recorrido por empresa pulquera, pero para nada nos llevaron a ningún lado. Reconozco que las personas que nos llevaron fueron amables, pero Victor, el responsable de la "agencia" no daba respuestas que solucionaran la situación.
Yo no recomiendo esta "agencia".
Unfortunately the company did not give what they offered, I hired a tour to see fireflies but they took us to a place that even they did not know, we had to convince the locals to accept us since they will not accept you if you do not have a reservation. They also offered us a dinner with an extensive Mexican menu and they didn't give us anything, if it weren't for the firefly camp we arrived at we wouldn't have had anything for dinner. Another issue was that in their advertising they offered the tickets with what they had been paid for, but when we entered they told us that we had to pay it ourselves. In the end they agreed to pay them, but if I did not show them that they offered something else, it would have been on us. To finish, they offered us a tour of the pulquera company, but they didn't take us anywhere. I admit that the people who took us were kind, but Victor, the head of the "agency" did not give answers that would solve the situation.
I do not recommend this "agency".
