★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El ramen en si tenía un sabor raro, pedí uno que tenía tocino y creo que es lo único que me gustó, no soy cocinero pero siento que le faltó sazón mínimo con un limón y tal vez le daba sabor, mi ramen estaba algo grasoso y eso no me gustó,
Ah y me dieron un plato de más y fue cortesia de la casa por qué se equivocaron
(por el sabor del otro ramen no probé el otro ramen que me dejaron me dejó mal sabor de boca)
Es mi humilde opinión no se ofendan.
The ramen itself had a weird flavor, I asked for one that had bacon and I think that's the only thing I liked, I'm not a cook but I feel that it lacked minimal seasoning with a lemon and maybe it gave it flavor, my ramen was a bit greasy and I did not like that,
Oh and they gave me one more plate and it was courtesy of the house why they were wrong
(Because of the taste of the other ramen, I did not try the other ramen that they left me, it left a bad taste in my mouth)
It is my humble opinion do not be offended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le falto cocer mas la chuleta de puerco. Recomiendo freír la chuleta antes de servir en ramen para una combinación de texturas entre los ingredientes. Anteriormente había pedido el mismo platillo con la chuleta frita esta vez solo supo a chuleta cocida.
I need to cook the pork chop more. I recommend deep-frying the cutlet before serving in ramen for a mix of textures between the ingredients. I had previously ordered the same dish with the fried cutlet this time it only tasted like a cooked cutlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos a Banca Rota Montebello especialmente por el ramen, pero la verdad no sé que le vimos de bueno, ya habíamos ido unas 3 ocasiones más a probar, pero está vez sinceramente no nos gustó para nada, en si no tiene sabor alguno, los ingredientes son demasiado insipidos, pensaría que el caldo lo compensaría pero es demasiado suave como para encontrarle sabor.
