Hay una señorita que nos trató mal, mientras me registraba recibí una llamada que duró 30 segundos y se molestó, comenzó a pegar con sus dedos en el escritorio. Después le pedí que le dijera a la instructora que usara cubrebocas ya que cada vez que hablaba con alguien se lo bajaba (ósea todo lo contrario a lo que debería de haber) y fue a decirle pero señalándome a mi, a mi bebé que estaba en clase y mi esposo. Ambas movían la cabeza en desacuerdo. Se les olvida que estamos pagando para eso y que lo mínimo que uno espera es comprensión, era la primera vez que íbamos a la clase de menores de 3. CERO medidas sanitarias, los instructores aunque no están en la alberca no traen cubre bocas. Hay mucha gente. Definitivamente preferimos perder nuestro dinero a volver. Terrible attention. Las regaderas tienen agua caliente, en lo personal nunca me ha tocado agua fría. Los vestidores están bien. Y mis niños aquí aprendieron a nadar desde los 3 años, hemos estado en clases intermitentemente por cuestiones personales, pero siempre que regresamos a la cdmx ya sabemos dónde meter a los niños a natación. Hoy tienen 9 años y son muy buenos nadadores. The classes are very good and the facilities are spacious. The pool is big, my kids love it and it always has promotions.
