★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mala atencion al cliente, tenia un certificado de regalo y aun estaba en tiempo de los 30 dias para hacerlo valido y hacer mi cita y No me lo quicieron hacer valido disque por que no hable 5 dias antes de que terminaran los 30 dias, por dios aun estaba valido el certificado y no me dan el tratamiento que ya esta pagado y se quedan con el dinero, aparte que les di flexibilidad de ir cuando sea, cuando no tubieran citas no quisieron, no les costaba nada dame el servicio que tenia en el certificado pero prefieren perder clientes y tratarlos mal, no lo recomiendo para nada, cero actitud de ayudar y servicio al cliente, muy mala experiencia
Super bad customer service, I had a gift certificate and I was still in time for 30 days to make it valid and make my appointment and they did not want me to make a valid dial because I did not speak 5 days before the 30 days ended, for God was still valid the certificate and they do not give me the treatment that is already paid and they keep the money, apart from that I gave them flexibility to go whenever, when they did not have appointments they did not want, it did not cost them anything give me the service that I had in the certificate but they prefer to lose clients and treat them badly, I do not recommend it at all, zero attitude of helping and customer service, very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me realizaron una limpieza profunda y me dejaron una mancha en la cara resultado de ese procedimiento desde hace meses y que según en días tenía que desaparecer y no ha sido asi, es mejor acudir con un dermatólogo.
They performed a deep cleaning on me and left a stain on my face as a result of that procedure for months and that according to days had to disappear and it has not, it is better to go to a dermatologist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, la tipa que es la dueña super prepotente y grosera, nada profesional, me hice un facial y me dejo toda marcada la cara, casi casi me reventaba las mejillas, ni un derma te hace eso, les deje whatsap, les marque, les escribi por facebook, en la pagina y mejor te bloquean.

Terrible service, the woman who is the super arrogant and rude owner, nothing professional, I made a facial and left my face all marked, I almost burst my cheeks, not a derma does that to you, I left them whatsap, I marked them, I wrote them on Facebook, on the page and they better block you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo trabaje con ellos y la sra Elizabeth me corrio, porque no estaba de acuerdo en como engañan a los clientes y como humillan a empleadas, me pidió me quitara el uniforme y si no traía cambio era mi problema, su esposo Israel igual de prepotente, me decía que me largará que no sabia nada.
Ahora me da tristeza de como siguen engañando a la gente y como los queman en todos lados
I worked with them and Mrs. Elizabeth ran, because she did not agree with how they cheat customers and how they humiliate employees, she asked me to take off my uniform and if I didn't bring change it was my problem, her husband Israel was just as arrogant, He told me that he will leave me that he did not know anything.
Now it makes me sad how they continue to deceive people and how they burn them everywhere
