Super recommended, if you want to get out of the hotel routine, an unusual place but with luxury facilities. I stayed with my partner and we will definitely be back.

wow, the place is spectacular! a super novel and super luxury concept. definitely one of the best options to visit cancun value for money. At first it took me a bit of work to get the location, but in the end it was all worth it.

Bad location. Excessive noise!! In the middle of nowhere, we found ourselves in an area with loading docks and there was the apartment inside the loading area with noise and workshops with machines. bad option

Ideal location for when you arrive the first night from the airport or when you are going to fly back. It is 12 minutes by car. The apartment is very well equipped, clean and design. The beds are very comfortable. I definitely recommend it. Very attentive.

I stayed in January 2022, it was almost impossible to find the site as we did not imagine that it would be inside an industrial loading and unloading estate, something unthinkable in Spain, with all the noise from the loading docks and with the work they do with machinery in the premises below. We asked for an invoice and they lied to us saying that it was booking who had to give it. It turns out that I am a hotelier and I know that is not the case... he never gave it to us after contacting them 5 times. Of course, report it to Booking internally so that they can see the attention that person is giving. Not to repeat, there is nothing in the area. Without a car it is impossible and to have dinner an odyssey of course. THERE IS NOTHING IN THAT SITE AROUND

My son reserved one night for me to take my flight the next day and the staff was attentive at all times to help me, everything is impeccable and very comfortable. It took me a while to open the lock because it was digital but in the end I managed it. There was free coffee, tea and water and other sweets and drinks for sale.

We were going to Cozumel and the flight arrived very late and we had no place to stay, it was the first option that came to me from the airport and I was surprised when I arrived! At first when I saw that it was in some industrial warehouses I said... "oooook" but when I entered it was incredible, highly recommended! PROS: Close to the Cancun apt, luxury finishes, they are Smart (they have integration with Alexa) CON: Complicated transportation part (I recommend renting a car or carrier from when you book)

The place is out of the traditional and we loved that, when you enter the apartments everything is spectacular. The place is very modern and has technology to control everything with your voice. We went with our son and he couldn't stop playing with Alexa (he loved it).
