★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy pedí un helado de macadamia y el cajero no me dio la promoción del 2x1 , q aplica los días miércoles, le pregunté x q no me dio la promoción y contestó que me pregunto que si lo quería y q conteste que no jajajaja q absurdo, seguro cómo son los dueños ellos pierden, y ya no me lo dio por q ya había marcado solo un helado,,,, ojalá alguien haga algo al respecto y no engañen a la gente.
Today I asked for a macadamia ice cream and the cashier did not give me the 2 for 1 promotion, which applies on Wednesdays, I asked him why he did not give me the promotion and he answered that he asked me if I wanted it and that I answered no hahahaha how absurd, sure how They are the owners, they lose, and he didn't give it to me anymore because he had already marked only one ice cream,,,, I hope someone does something about it and they don't deceive people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta mucho el sabor de el helado Santa Clara y solo por eso compro regularmente aquí sin embargo la atención del personal es NEFASTA, parece como si te hicieran un favor de mala gana al atenderte o responderte alguna pregunta .
I really like the taste of Santa Clara ice cream and for that alone I buy regularly here, however the attention of the staff is NEFASTA, it seems as if they reluctantly do you a favor by assisting you or answering any questions.
