★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a denunciar un robo a las 22.00 hrs y a pesar de que el lugar estaba vacío no me atendieron hasta la 01.00 de la madrugada y después de dos llamadas a Visitaduría. El oficial secretario en turno ni siquiera sabía usar el sistema. Salí a las 03.00 hrs. Pésimo servicio.
I went to report a robbery at 10 pm and despite the fact that the place was empty they did not attend me until 1 am and after two calls to Visitaduría. The secretary secretary on duty did not even know how to use the system. I left at 03.00 hrs. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buscar arreglar asuntos legales en esa agencia es un verdadero INFIERNO. Los "licenciados" son déspotas, groseros y mucho muy negligentes. Salvo que ellos tomen la decisión de remitir tu caso a otras instancias, ahí solucionarlos es una calamidad. El personal que labora ahí carece de ética y vocación de servicio. Sólo uno que otro se salva de ser calificado como "maleta", pero desgraciadamenrte su buena intención se ensombrece por las rémoras que están trabajando ahí.
Seeking to settle legal matters in that agency is a real HELL. The "graduates" are despots, rude and very negligent. Unless they make the decision to refer your case to other instances, solving them is a calamity there. The personnel who work there lack ethics and a vocation for service. Only one or the other is saved from being described as a "suitcase", but unfortunately its good intention is overshadowed by the obstacles that are working there.
