The lady who attends to fill out the work risk form, is hyper rude, does not know how to talk flexibly, raises her voice and speaks very badly of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señora Lucia es de lo peor. Me atendió bien mal, se burló, me gritó y me dio el avion. Y eso que dice ser Ingeniero Químico. Yo no sé cómo permiten que personas como esa atiendan a la gente que vamos a preguntar sobre accidentes o defunciones.
Mrs. Lucia is the worst. He treated me badly, mocked me, yelled at me and gave me the plane. And that he claims to be a Chemical Engineer. I don't know how they allow people like that to attend to the people we are going to ask about accidents or deaths.
