★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tienen cambio, y son groseros al responder acerca del tema, me acaba de responder la señorita que esta en turno, siendo que no es la 1era vez que sucede, "Pues es que aqui no es casa de cambio" .
Que acaso les capacitan para en lugar de tratar bien al cliente y solucionar conflictos, sea lo contrario? responder de manera irreverente?
No digo que estuviese pagando un chicle de $2.00 con uno de $500 o $1000. Queria pagar una coca con uno de $200.
Quizas una vez o dos, esta razonable de entender, pero ya que sea seguido? Mejor cierren, y dejen que un oxxo se ponga ahi...o mejor aun, que ninguna de las 2 cadenas se pongan ahi y algun comerciante local ponga su tienda ahi...
They never have change, and they are rude when answering about the issue, the lady who is on duty just answered me, being that it is not the 1st time that it happens, "Well, this is not a change house."
That they train them to instead of treating the client well and solving conflicts, be it the opposite? respond irreverently?
I'm not saying I was paying for a $ 2.00 gum with a $ 500 or $ 1000 gum. I wanted to pay for a coke with a $ 200 one.
Maybe once or twice, it is reasonable to understand, but since it is followed? Better close, and let an oxxo be there ... or better yet, that none of the 2 chains be there and some local merchant puts their store there ...
