Los dos empleados (una chava y un chavo) súper nefastos el chavo según es el encargado de tienda y atiende de la patada. No preparan bien las bebidas, no dan bienvenida, no siguen protocolos de limpieza, no tienen buena presentación. El peor Santa Clara! Eviten ir!

Cómo es eso de que sólo servicio para llevar... osea das unos cuantos pasos y te puedes comer el helado allí mismo en sus mesas ?♀️ absurdo!!!!...
Y encima de todo, tienes que pagar forzosamente la tapa del vaso... sólo para pasar el vaso del mostrador a la mesa ??♀️... los empleados son muuuy groseros... Los helados son ricos... pero ni ganas de regresar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los meseros son groseros con los clientes y sirven menos del litro de helado, no por ser promoción de 2x1 no deben servir menos y obvio me cobraron el helado más caro. Otra cosa que me molestó es que sacaron la charola del mostrador de helado con nuez del que están mostrando y en la parte que lo sirven sacaron otra charola y me sirvieron de ahí. Al reclamarles no me dieron razón que me convenciera y de todos modos me tuve que traer lo que me sirvieron.
El sabor estuvo bien, pero su trato no es tan bueno
The waiters are rude to customers and serve less than a liter of ice cream, not because it is a 2x1 promotion, they should not serve less and obviously they charged me for the most expensive ice cream. Another thing that bothered me is that they took the tray from the ice cream counter with walnut that they are showing and in the part that they serve it they took out another tray and served me from there. When I complained, they did not give me a reason to convince me and anyway I had to bring what they served me.
