I am very disappointed with the service and the products I received. Too many issues to list here. I has used A&D for two other projects but this last time was not a great experience. i purchased two custom sofas, but six months after delivery, the fabric on my sofas has faded terribly. The fabric is not of good quality, but it was sold to as if it were. Claudia, the person I worked with for this last project, tried to blame it on the sunlight I have coming through my living room windows; however, the pillows on the same sofas are not at all faded. In addition, the house sits in the shade of several trees. The sun is not strong in our living room. I have talked several times about this problem, but they never have responded to me except to say that they will redo the couch if I pay for it. I also had custom cushions made for a concrete bench area and with very little use, the zippers are already broken. I just can't use a business that sells poor quality products at top quality prices.
