 Terrible service and attention to your clients, they do not respect the delivery promise dates that YOU establish, really the experience with you is very exhausting and frustrating, from the adjusters who suggest that we fix it on our own. Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO CONTRATEN ESTE SEGURO, pésimo servicio, me robaron mi auto y su ajustador en ves de asesorarme me trató como si me hiciera un favor, jamás recibí asesoría de su supuesto abogado, siempre que quise comunicarme con el solo me daban falsas promesas de que se comunicaría conmigo. Es un dolor de cabeza tratar de comunicarse y que te den información del proceso. La peor experiencia que he tenido con una aseguradora.
DO NOT HIRE THIS INSURANCE, lousy service, my car was stolen and instead of advising me his adjuster treated me as if he were doing me a favor, I never received advice from his so-called lawyer, whenever I wanted to communicate with him they only gave me false promises that they would would contact me. It is a headache trying to communicate and get information about the process. The worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company.
