★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cero seguimiento de parte del agente que te asignan tienes que estar mande y mande correo para que te den una respuesta y se tardan, se echan la bolita deberían capacitar mas al personal y darle seguimiento a sus clientes, fue una mala experiencia con este seguro que no lo volvería a contratar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Nadie me sabe decir en donde está mi auto que fue pérdida total. Se lo llevaron inmediatamente del taller rn donde estaba y para dar de baja las placas necesito una foto de un dato. Lo hacen al propósito para no pagarme. ¡¡ Cuidado!!
