★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al ser un condominio nuevo esta muy poco arbolado, hay aún muchoa terrenos por lo que las casas están muy empolvadas.Las construcciones existentes son pocas .El metro de terreno como en todo Guadalajara, muy caro.
Being a new condominium, it is very little wooded, there is still a lot of land so the houses are very dusty. The existing constructions are few. The meter of land as in all of Guadalajara, very expensive.
