Beautiful place. Nice and comfy. Enrique and Catherine were great hosts. Will definitely recommend.

I just LOVED my stay at Acacia! We stayed in the #2 Cabana; super clean and beautifully furnished, with a very large bathroom, mirror, counter and shower! And we also stayed in the Cabana #5 with the superb kitchen! I greatly appreciated the attention to all the little details! In addition, the Nespresso machine provides a real treat every morning :) you can sip your coffee on the veranda of your cabana. The huge beds are extra comfy and you’ll have only one desire; bring back the beautiful blankets with you! For all the dog lovers, there is Billie, who lives on the site, docile and always welcoming he will make sure to entertain you :) The hosts Catherine and Enrique are amazing and present, they’re always happy to provide suggestions and recommendations to local attractions, great restaurants and must sees! I’m already looking forward to my next return!! *** J’ai tout simplement ADORÉ mon séjour au Acacia. Nous sommes restées au début dans la Cabana numéro 2; ultra propre et superbement aménagée, dotée d’une très grande salle de bain, miroir, comptoir et douche! Puis, dans la Cabana #5 avec la superbe cuisine! J’ai énormément appréciée l’attention à tous les petits détails! De plus, la machine Nespresso procure un vrai petit bonheur à tous les matins :) vous pouvez siroter votre café bien installée sur la véranda de votre cabana. Les grands lits sont ultra confortables et on a qu’une envie; repartir avec les magnifiques couvertures! Pour les amoureux des chiens, il y a Billie, qui habite sur le site, docile et accueillant il saura vous divertir :) Les hôtes Catherine et Enrique sont toujours à l’écoute, présents et vous donnent d’excellentes suggestions de restos, de plages et d’attractions incontournables. Je n’ai qu’une envie c’est d’y retourner au plus vite!!

Very nice place away from the crowds. We rented the room with the kitchenette, it was well worth it. The staff and neighbors were very friendly and chatty. We enjoyed the free bike usage and the information for places to visit. The place is adorned with some really great greenery and natural surroundings, very grren and clean.

I simply do not have words to convey how wonderful this place is in conjunction with the people who own it. During my stay with my wife, we encountered a street dog that was in horrific shape. We fed the dog and brought it back to the area near the enclosure until we could take it to the vet in the morning. The owners found out about the dog and brought it into their enclosure and helped us nurse it back to health. Due to some unfortunate issues with US airlines, we were forced to leave our dog with them temporarily until we could fly back down and put it through customs. The owners and staff all pitched together to help us out until we could bring the dog back with us permanently. The place is beautiful. The price is beyond reasonable. The location is perfect for exploring Tulum and the surrounding areas. Most importantly, the people who own this establishment are beyond wonderful. I hope you get a chance to meet them during your stay. If you are looking to explore Tulum, please, look no further.

This place is beautiful sanctuary. My partner and I extended our stay because we loved it so much. The owners of this place are super accommodating and attend to any of your needs. The wifi is great, and the common areas, and rooms are beautiful. It's about 10-15 min walk to the center of Tulum, and there are free bikes for use too. There's also a small jungle gym where you can do pull ups and dips (if you're looking for an outdoor workout). Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to medical reasons, and the owners (Catherine) offered us a refund for the difference, which was super kind. Highly recommend this place. When we come back to Tulum, we'll stay here again.

My husband and I have stayed in many places in Tulum, and Acacia is by far our favorite. The cabanas are tastefully designed and incorporate elements of the natural surroundings. The property is quiet and tranquil even though it's just a few minutes from town center. The outdoor baths are a nice way to relax after a day exploring Tulum. We loved every detail, from the bed sheets (super light and soft) to the skylights in the cabana. We also adore the owners, Catherine and Enrique, who come from Canada and Mexico. They've lived in Tulum for years and can tailor their recommendations for what you're looking for, including where to eat and what to do that's not a tourist trap. We also got the chance to take part in a Wim Hof breathwork and ice bath workshop, which was an extraordinary experience. We love Acacia and will be back!

Acacia is a gem orchestrated by the nicest couple in Tulum. An oasis that you can call home right in the centre of the city with everything around , walking distance, that you may need to make your trip enjoyable. The beach is reachable by bike, scooter or by car only or a nice long walk that gives you the time to discover the city. The room is spacious, the beds are heaven and the surroundings are magical and peaceful. I’ve been to Acacia so many times now and we’re planning to be back again numerous more times.
