★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención de la chica que nos tomó nuestro estudio ya que no nos quería dar nuestro cambio, no hay gente y nos tardaron una eternidad para ingresar al los estudios, llamaban a gente que supuestamente había delante de nosotros y que ya no estaba. Mucho tiempo de espera pensé que solo el seguro social era así.
Bad attention from the girl who took our study since she did not want to give us our change, there are no people and it took us forever to enter the studios, they called people who were supposedly in front of us and who were no longer there. Acudí para realizarme un estudio radiológico, en tres ocasiones seguidas el primer día llegue a las 4 porque anteriormente el servicio tenía un horario más amplio, regrese otro día y me dijeron que por la hora (una hora antes de que cerraran) no era posible realizar el estudio, aún después de esto decidí acudir una tercera vez porque generalmente refiero a mis pacientes a este laboratorio y me gusta la calidad de sus radiografías, pero nuevamente me dijeron que no podían entregarme las radiografías porque su impresora no servía y que como pasaba de 12:30 no podían realizar el estudio, al final opté por tomar las radiografías en otro lugar.
Anteriormente mis pacientes en dos o tres ocasiones me habían referido que al asistir habían sido groseros, me parece lamentable que un servicio que era de buena calidad ahora no lo sea, y espero que puedan mejorar su atención y fallas de infraestructura.

I went to have a radiological study done, three times in a row the first day I arrived at 4 o'clock because previously the service had longer hours, I came back another day and they told me that due to the time (one hour before they closed) it was not possible to carry out the study, even after this I decided to go a third time because I usually refer my patients to this laboratory and I like the quality of their X-rays, but again they told me that they could not give me the X-rays because their printer was not working and that since 12:30 could not perform the study, in the end I chose to take the X-rays in another place.
Previously, my patients had told me on two or three occasions that they had been rude when attending. I find it unfortunate that a service that was of good quality now is not, and I hope that they can improve their care and infrastructure failures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fui a hacerme varios estudios de laboratorio, ultrasonido, electro y densitometría, sinceramente tenía mis reservas de ir, porque aunque mi Doctora me recomendó ampliamente el lugar los últimos comentarios publicados aquí me hicieron dudar. Pero afortunadamente tuve una excelente experiencia, desde la recepción hasta cada una de las áreas dónde me atendieron. Todos me explicaron súper bien y muy entendible el procedimiento de cada estudio y los resultados y recomendaciones. Muchísimas gracias! Sin duda volveré a ir.
Today I went to have several laboratory, ultrasound, electro and densitometry studies done, I honestly had my reservations about going, because although my Doctor widely recommended the place, the last comments published here made me doubt. But fortunately I had an excellent experience, from the reception to each of the areas where I was treated. Everyone explained to me very well and very understandable the procedure of each study and the results and recommendations. Many thanks! I will definitely go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demasiado tiempo para entregar resultados, llevé un estudio de copro el viernes, y me dijeron que eran de tres a cuatro días hábiles, osea que se atravesó el fin de semana y pues esos días no cuentan, ya es miércoles y aún no están los resultados (en total 6 días han pasado). El sábado fui a otro laboratorio y me los entregaron ese mismo día en la tarde.
Too much time to deliver results, I took a copro study on Friday, and they told me that it was three to four business days, that is, it was the weekend and well, those days do not count, it is already Wednesday and the results are not yet (in total 6 days have passed). On Saturday I went to another laboratory and they delivered them to me that same day in the afternoon.
