★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de la recepcionista, fui con mi orden para solicitar un ultrasonido pelvico para mi hija que me pidió su pediatra, llegando ahí me dijo que mejor me sugeria uno que se veía también los riñones y vegija además del que yo solicitaba por solo 10 pesos de diferencia estaba más completo, le pregunté si era el que me solicitaba el pediatra me aseguro que si, llegando con el técnico me dicen que no, me volvieron a enviar a recepciones y ahí la señora griyoneandome me dijo que no que ese yo le pedí con una actitud que no debería tener una persona que esta a cargo de dar el primer servicio a los clientes no esta capacitada, cabe destacar que todo esto ocurrió mientras mi hija estaba en la camilla con la vejiga lllena por que así lo requiere el estudio y me hicieron estar ahí aclarando lo que la señora hizo mal , si quieren ahorrarse una pésima experiencia no vayan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, además de no seguir correctas prácticas de prevención, pues las mismas personas que te cobran son las que te extraen sangre. Muy poco actualizado, muchos de los estudios aún los entregan en placas grabadas con plata en lugar de un disco y pese a solicitarlo, no me quisieron enviar los resultados a mi correo.
Terrible service, in addition to not following correct prevention practices, since the same people who charge you are the ones who draw your blood. Very little updated, many of the studies still deliver them on plates engraved with silver instead of a disk and despite requesting it, they did not want to send the results to my email.

En lo personal le pediré a la Dra de mi mamá que jamás me de una orden de este lugar. Chequen su personal.
Terrible service at the Alfredo del Malzo branch, the rude despot lady in charge and yelling at the customers, most of the senior citizens who obviously need company, THEY ARE NOT THE ONLY LAB! Personally, I will ask my mother's Dr. to never give me an order from this place. Check your staff.
