Las autorizaciones por internet muchas veces son tardadas o no pasan, al llamar por teléfono la línea de atención a clientes de plano suena ocupada o informan que todos los operadores están ocupados: favor de llamar más tarde. Esto desperdicia el tiempo de los doctores, sus asistentes y de los pacientes que necesitan regresar a trabajar. MUY tardado en autorizar reembolsos. Directorio de médicos no actualizado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor atención, te piden CV Y te hacen llenar una solicitud de empleo, te atienden media hora o más después y su proceso de reclutamiento no es claro. Parece que en lugar de empleo vas a pedir limosna. Yo no trabajaría ahí aunque me pagaron mucho dinero.
The worst attention, they ask for your CV AND make you fill out a job application, they attend you half an hour or more later and their recruitment process is not clear. It seems that instead of employment you are going to beg. I wouldn't work there even though they paid me a lot of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio no lo compren nunca hay medicamentos en las farmacia de convenio y tienes que comprar por otro lado mediacces seguro medico. Lo adquirí en junio y hasta la fecha no hay medicamento, los diagnósticos y claves no los ponen como corresponden y si hay un medicamento tienes te mandan a una farmacia muy lejos. Terminas comprando por tu cuenta. En call Center nunca brindan una buena atencion, su directorio está desactualizado, el convenio con farmacias del ahorro solo te surten si es receta impresa y no a mano, vas a otra farmacia y si es nueva te indican que todavía no tiene convenio. Farmarido. Si quieres adquirir un problema contrata mediacces, por qué no es una solucion
